Overview of the process for refining base oil from waste engine oil:

The waste lubricating oil undergoes preliminary filtration, sedimentation, and flocculation to remove some impurities and moisture. Enter the heat exchange device, heat up to remove impurities, enter the atmospheric tower first, control the inlet and outlet temperatures, enter the gasoline and diesel fractionation tower (under vacuum conditions), and separate the gasoline and diesel components in the waste engine oil. The separated material is reheated and enters a thin film evaporator (under high vacuum conditions). The top of the evaporator is fed into a fractionating tower, where the top light oil, SN150 and SN250, is extracted in sections. The heavy components at the bottom of the evaporator are sent to the cooling storage system or the cracking system. After separation, the base oil is sent to the solvent refining process to obtain various pure base oils (mainly 150SN, 250SN). The fractionated base oil is sent to the base oil blending and re refining workshop.

On top of the top heat exchanger, a section of filler is also installed to ensure the odor of the distilled biodiesel and the vacuum degree.
